At 12:38 in the morning I posted a message to our team Slack. The first line read like this:
Productivity this week is 2-3x higher than last week. Every day I'm getting more and more done. With less and less effort… Mike Schwarz, Founder & CEO, MyZone AI
Then I kept going, posting screenshots, charts, new apps and new agents until well past bedtime. What you're reading is the cleaned-up version of that post, plus the receipts.
I went back through everything my AI agent team built between September 26 and October 1. I counted it and charted it. The setup was one human (me) directing the fleet, plus about an hour a day from our fractional human-in-the-loop team to clear the blockers only a person can clear.
So what can an AI agent team build in a week with that little human time? Let me show you.
My AI agent team shipped 34 agents, 99 skills and 25 recipes in six days
Quick definitions so the numbers mean something. An agent is a specialist with a job, like a bookkeeper or an uptime monitor. A skill is a tool an agent knows how to use, like reading HubSpot or testing page speed.
A recipe is a step-by-step playbook the agents follow every time. That's how the work comes out the same way twice.
And the pace isn't flat, so take a close look at the last bar in this chart.
What the AI agent team built, day by day
New agents, skills and recipes created each day, Sep 26 to Oct 1, 2026
October 1 alone: 5 agents, 35 skills and 23 recipes
Source: MyZone fleet records (agent roster, skill library and recipe library creation dates). Private client and parked items excluded.
Why the spike on October 1? Because the fleet built its own factory.
That day we finished recipes for building agents, building skills and building recipes. Now a new agent starts from one line of instruction.
All I have to do is say "looks good build the next 25 agents". That's it. Mike Schwarz, Founder & CEO, MyZone AI
That's the literal instruction I type. The agents handle the intake, the build, the checks and the paperwork. Here's who joined the team this week.
Back office and people (8)
- Bookkeeper Categorizes bank and card lines, reconciles accounts and preps month-end close for your CFO.
- Compliance Calendar Keeper Tracks compliance deadlines, reminders and proof. It never files or pays on its own.
- People Ops Lead Tracks time off, keeps manager notes and routes every HR question to the right place.
- Recruiting Coordinator Maps applicants to your rubric, sets up interviews and drafts candidate emails. You decide.
- Course Builder Turns SOPs and transcripts into cited micro-courses, quizzes and drip plans.
- Surveys and Feedback Builds short surveys, collects answers in a Google Sheet and sums up the results.
- SOP Manager Measures how closely account managers follow the SOPs and reports every week.
- Productivity Tracker Puts a dollar value on the fleet's work and compares it to AI cost and human time.
Sales, clients and marketing (9)
- Sales Manager Runs the sales team and the ten sales agents behind it.
- Client Success Lead Tracks client health, flags early risk and drafts quarterly review packs and save plans.
- Support Manager Runs the client support fleet: templates, client register, playbook and shared learning.
- Dedicated client support agent A support agent assigned to one client, paired with that client's own Ai1 support agent.
- Content Repurposer Turns one webinar, podcast or article into a checked draft kit for every channel.
- Social Media Lead Plans social calendars per client, checks posts and exports scheduler-ready files.
- LinkedIn Expert Drafts LinkedIn posts, monthly plans and profile fixes, and coaches safe outreach.
- Radio Ad Planner Writes radio and audio ad scripts timed from 10 to 60 seconds in your brand voice.
- Video Manager Makes captioned shorts, motion graphics and mixes, then checks every export.
Websites and monitoring (7)
- Website Monitoring Manager The front door for website monitoring. Sets up and oversees the four site monitors.
- Uptime Monitor Watches your sites around the clock and alerts your team when one goes down.
- Page Speed Monitor Tests how fast your pages load, tracks it over time and shows the fixes.
- Real User Monitor Measures how fast your site feels for real visitors and warns you when it slows.
- Transaction Monitor Runs test checkouts and logins in a sandboxed browser and alerts when a step breaks.
- Dedicated client webmaster Plans, checks and ships every change to one client's website.

Running the fleet itself (10)
- Concierge Your guide to everything on the server: integrations, guidance and system health.
- Server Health Runs health checks on the server and writes the incident reports.
- Disk Health Finds what is filling the disk and reclaims space safely.
- Brain Manager Runs and grows the company brain: documents, wiki and knowledge graph.
- Effort Manager Tunes how hard each agent thinks, task by task, with quality checks on every trial.
- Installer Manager Installs and upgrades skill packages safely, with one approval table.
- Executor Agent A clean-slate worker the orchestrator hands focused jobs to.
- Architect (Claude) A second software architect on a different AI model, for side-by-side trials.
- Dev Strategist (GPT) A second opinion on software decisions from a different AI model. Advises, never builds.
- Portal Design System Steward Keeps the portal design system consistent and sorts out the exceptions.
An AI agent team turned about $7,150 in cash into up to $91.9k of work
One of the new agents goes by Productivity Tracker. Its whole job is to look at everything the fleet produced and ask one question: what would a business have paid for this?
It prices each piece of work in skilled human hours at market rates, then compares that to what the AI and the humans actually cost. The numbers are estimates, provisional while we calibrate the tracker. They're still eye-opening.
Sticker price vs the actual bill
Week of Sep 21 to 27, 2026, estimated by our Productivity Tracker agent
About $7,150 in cash produced $70.8k to $91.9k of work
Source: MyZone Productivity Tracker, client view, as of Sep 30, 2026. Provisional estimates while we calibrate the tracker. Light blue shows the higher estimate.
Read that bottom bar again. The same AI work at public pay-as-you-go prices would have cost $48.8k. We run on flat-rate plans, so the cash we paid for AI was about $1,162.
Add the human time and the whole week cost around $7,150. Every human hour produced about 9.8 skilled hours of work, and AI did 90% of it.
And yeah - I went through the line items of the report, and each item I was like "yeah I could see someone paying $x for that software, just 1 month ago"… Mike Schwarz, Founder & CEO, MyZone AI
A month ago, each of those line items was a quote from a software shop. Now each one is a line on a weekly report. What would your business do with a month of software projects every single week?
September added up to $278k to $341k of work
Zoom out to the whole month and the pattern holds. The fleet finished 993 pieces of work in September. People spent 241 to 396 hours directing it, and the cash bill came to about $4,980.

Software changes led the way. That's bug fixes, new features and whole new apps. New agents and new skills came next, and they keep paying off, because every one of them makes next week faster.

Three days into this week, the fleet is already at $67k to $81k
Source: MyZone Productivity Tracker weekly view, as of Sep 30, 2026. *Week of Sep 28 covers Sep 28 to 30 only. Provisional estimates.
The week of September 14 was slow. Then value nearly tripled the following week. And three days into this week, we're already at $67k to $81k.
Humans in the loop clear blockers in minutes, not meetings
Here's the question I get most. If the agents do the work, what do the humans do? They make the calls only a human should make: spend money, approve a login, say yes to something that can't be undone.
Every agent puts those asks on one card called Needs From You. Each ask says what it wants, why, what isn't affected and how long it'll take you. Most take about a minute.
humans can quickly skim through all the needs cards, click a few buttons and clear approvals!!! Mike Schwarz, Founder & CEO, MyZone AI
That's where our fractional human-in-the-loop team comes in. For about an hour a day they sweep the cards, clear the approvals and handle the browser-only steps. The agents spend far less time waiting on me.
Fewer blockers means more agents can run at once, and this week the fleet set a new record for exactly that.

The faster the fleet runs, the faster I can make the fleet run faster. Mike Schwarz, Founder & CEO, MyZone AI
That's the flywheel. Faster agents build better tools, and better tools make the agents faster.
Where's the ceiling? I haven't found it yet.
Meet the AI agent team (yes, they have faces now)
This week we also gave the team a home on our website. Every agent gets a profile: what it does, what it won't do, sample work and a face. You can browse the full AI agent directory or open the roster below.
Every face here is an AI agent with a fictional persona. No real people.

A full SEO overhaul took 15 minutes of human time
Our own site got the treatment this week. The SEO agents audited every page, fixed what they found, then audited again. The re-audit came back with a grade of A-minus.
| What the agents checked | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Internal links pointing through a redirect | 1,373 of 10,484 | 0 of 12,541 |
| Messy sitemap entries | 85 of 228 | 0 of 241 |
| Canonical tag problems | 72 | 0 |
| Planned page titles and descriptions live | 0 of 174 | 174 of 174 |
| Duplicate or missing titles and descriptions | 17 | 0 |
| Pages missing structured-data fields | 53 | 1 |
| Pages with star ratings not backed by reviews | 3 | 0 |
One page, before and after the SEO agents

Human time for all of that was about 15 minutes. One fix worth calling out: three pages carried star ratings that didn't come from real reviews. Fake ratings are a fast way to lose trust, so the agents pulled them.
And new websites in about 30 minutes
Cranking out professional high quality websites in 30m of effort. Hosted. Incredible designs. Fully optimized. Mike Schwarz, Founder & CEO, MyZone AI
Here's a real one from this week. A leadership coaching client did a 30-minute interview with us, plus about 15 minutes of follow-up. The agents built a full branded site: logo, domain, hosting, blog, lead capture and SEO, with quotes pulled from his own video transcripts.
NOW if the client just did a requirements interview with the website builder agent, this would take 0 human time. Mike Schwarz, Founder & CEO, MyZone AI
That's where this is heading. If your website is overdue for a rebuild, take a look at what our web development team does now.
Five new apps your business can actually use
Agents and skills are the building blocks, but apps are where you actually feel them in your day. Here are five that moved this week.
A roadmap for 186 agents across 12 departments
The Agent Roadmap shows every agent we run or plan to run, which department it belongs to and what it's waiting on. It's how one person keeps track of a fleet this size.
The AI Readiness app, rebuilt for our October 6 workshop
The new Readiness app has Google sign-in, three levels of assessment, free and paid plans and AI analysis of your results. We're load-testing it for 200 people before our October 6 workshop, and it's about halfway done.
Curious where you'd land? Start with our guide to AI readiness.
Four website monitors that never sleep
Uptime Monitor watches your sites around the clock, and Page Speed Monitor tracks load times. Real User Monitor measures how fast the site feels to actual visitors. Transaction Monitor runs test checkouts and logins, on demo stores for now, and tells you when a step breaks.
Jev, a decision AI that routes messages in a quarter of a second
Jev is a decision AI from TypeSafe AI. We put it to work routing Slack messages to the right agent. In our injection test it scored 79 out of 80 and caught all 40 attack attempts.

The Productivity Tracker you saw above
It's the reason I can put dollar figures in this article at all. Next it starts tracking value per person, not just per agent.

Why an AI agent team can deliver 10x value in under 4 weeks
THERE IS NO REASON THAT WE CANT PROVIDE 10x VALUE TO ALL CLIENTS IN LESS THAN 4wks. Mike Schwarz, Founder & CEO, MyZone AI
I wrote that in all caps on purpose. We built everything you just read to run our own business first.
Then we package it. That's why so many of this week's skills end in "installer": they drop the work straight into a client's setup.
And small businesses are ready for it. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce found 58% of small businesses use generative AI, up from 23% in 2023. The same report found that 82% of small businesses using AI grew their workforce over the past year.
The big players are moving too. Gartner expects 40% of enterprise apps to include task-specific AI agents by the end of 2026, up from less than 5% in 2025.
So the question isn't whether AI shows up in your business. It's whether you get a chatbot or a team.
Ai1 is the team version, and it isn't a chatbot or a single tool. It's a coordinated team of AI agents, led by your own named AI assistant, with humans in the loop for the calls that matter.
If you want the bigger picture first, read our guide to AI agents for small business operations.
The Beer Version Ok time for bed. Now I kid you not. What I showed you was like 25% of what I built today. And I had 4h of meetings. Mike Schwarz, Founder & CEO, MyZone AI
Sit with that for a second. A quarter of one day's work, with four hours of meetings in the middle. What would your business look like with an AI agent team like that behind it?
