Professor: An AI Coach That Teaches on Your Real Work

Your team learns AI on its own work, at its own level.

The Professor (AI Coach) is an AI coach in the Ai1 platform by MyZone AI that delivers AI training for employees: it learns each person's level, teaches on your real work, builds decks, guides and workshop agendas, and follows up so new habits stick; material going out to others is approved by a person first.

We'll show you the Professor (AI Coach) on your own team's work. Training material is approved by a person before it goes out.

Plans & pricing

  • Adoption that sticks

People learn by doing on their own work, and follow-ups reinforce it, so your team uses AI day to day instead of hearing about it once.

  • Private-tutor attention for everyone

One coach adapts to each person's level and keeps track of their progress across your whole team.

  • Training material without the prep

Decks, guides and workshop agendas are built for your audience and written in your voice, ready to review.

  • A clear view of AI readiness

You see where each person is today and where the gaps are, so training goes where it is needed.

What the Professor (AI Coach) does for you

  • Coaches one to one or in small groups

Runs hands-on sessions on real work: it shows you, does it with you, then hands over so you leave having done it yourself.

  • Knows where everyone is

Keeps a simple picture of each person's AI skills, what they have mastered and what comes next, so every lesson lands at the right level.

  • Builds decks, guides and cheat-sheets

Creates slide decks, learning guides, mini learning sites and cheat-sheets pitched to your audience and written in your voice.

  • Plans workshops and programs

Give it an audience and a goal and it designs a lesson plan or a full multi-day workshop agenda built around hands-on practice.

  • Checks what landed

Uses friendly, low-stakes quizzes to see what stuck, then follows up over the following days and weeks.

  • Answers AI questions any time

Stuck on a prompt or a tool? It explains in plain language at your level and shows you the next step.

How the Professor differs from a one-off AI training course

A course teaches everyone the same lesson once, and most of it fades within weeks. The Professor checks each person's level, coaches them hands-on on their own work, builds material pitched to your audience and follows up with quizzes and check-ins until the habit sticks. It grounds what it teaches in trusted material, and training going out to others is approved by a person first.

From your request to a finished result

It runs inside your Ai1 system and works in the tools you already use. You ask, it works, it reports, and it stops for your OK where it matters.

Step 4: Approve

Anything going out to others comes to you for review before it is published or sent.

What it won't do

Example: staff training module

Example with a fictional company. Names, people and figures are invented to show the agent's output. Any resemblance to a real company or person is unintended.

What it was asked: Build a short module that helps our front-desk team write better guest replies with the approved AI assistant, keeps guest data out of it, and fits our 20-minute pre-shift huddles.

Example report
Four learning goals for hotel front-desk staff using an AI assistant, each linked to a quiz question, with a four-lesson outline, spaced-practice plan and success measures
Learning goals and outline
Lesson plan showing two example guest replies, a four-part request of role, task, facts and tone, and a trainer's edits to an AI-drafted apology
Lesson 3 in full: hook, idea, worked example
Group and solo practice for writing an AI request, with scenario cards, a partner checklist, a one-line commitment and notes for the trainer
Lesson 3 in full: practice and commitment
Five multiple-choice questions on using an AI assistant at a hotel front desk, with an explanation for every option and a confidence rating table
Five-question quiz with answer key

What it found: 3 findings, with the numbers

  • Most staff already use AI chat at home, so the module skips the basics and starts where the risk is: 31 of 38 weren't sure which guest details are safe to paste.
  • The core skill is a four-part request: role, task, facts, tone. Without real facts, drafts fill the gap with offers the hotel never approved, such as a free night.
  • Each lesson fits one 20-minute huddle, and every quiz answer comes with a 'how sure are you?' rating, so staff who are sure but wrong get the refresher first.

Built from a client-style brief and an invented six-question staff survey, following the lesson pattern Professor uses for every client: a hook, one idea, a worked example, guided practice, solo practice and one commitment. All five quiz items passed an automatic structure check and a second read of each answer key. Not tested with real staff, so there are no pass rates yet. Run date: .

Frequently asked questions about the Professor (AI Coach)

What is AI training for employees?

It means helping your people use AI in their day-to-day work. The Professor in Ai1 by MyZone AI does it as a coach: it checks each person's level, teaches hands-on on their real work, builds the decks and guides, and follows up so the habit sticks instead of fading after one session.

It is a coach, not a chatbot. It remembers where you are and checks what stuck, which is what turns a lesson into a habit.

How do I plan an AI workshop agenda for my team?

Give the Professor an audience and a goal. It designs a lesson plan or a full multi-day workshop agenda built around hands-on practice, with the decks and guides for that exact audience, and sends it to you for review before anything goes out.

If you would rather have a live workshop, our team also runs live, human-led AI workshops. Talk to us about which fits your team.

Can AI teach my team to write better prompts?

Yes. The Professor can build an audience-tuned prompt-writing primer in your voice, and when someone is stuck on a prompt it explains in plain language at their level and shows the next step.

Nobody needs a technical background. It teaches on real work and meets each person where they are, from complete beginner to power user.

How does the Professor know each person's level, and is our data private?

It asks a few real questions rather than relying on self-ratings, then remembers each person's progress and keeps it current. Tracking progress is opt-in and kept to a minimum, and you can have someone's record deleted on request.

It does not make up facts: it grounds its teaching in trusted material and cites sources, and a person approves key material before it goes out.
