Reporting Agent: On-Brand Reports in Minutes

Review a finished report instead of writing one from scratch.

The Reporting Agent is an AI report generator in the Ai1 platform by MyZone AI: it turns a week or month of activity into a polished, on-brand report written in your voice, checks its own work and shares it as one link, posting to your team only when you say go.

We'll show you the Reporting Agent on your own week of activity. You review the link before anything is posted.

Plans & pricing

  • Reviewing, not building

It gathers the facts and drafts the story, so you spend a few minutes checking a finished report instead of writing one from scratch.

  • Always sounds like you

Every report uses your voice and your house look, so it reads like it came from you, not from a template.

  • Honest progress

Work that is only partly done is reported as groundwork, not as finished, so your updates stay trustworthy.

  • Nothing goes out early

It shares a link for your review and posts nothing until you give the word.

What the Reporting Agent does for you

  • Gathers the facts

Pulls the period's activity from your connected sources and keeps the status of each item honest.

  • Writes in your voice

Drafts the narrative in the brand voice you choose, with the right byline and sign-off, and never invents a tone that is not yours.

  • Renders a clean web page

Turns each report into an on-brand web page at a link your team can open straight from chat.

  • Checks its own work

Before sharing, it checks that the report is on brand, cleanly written and that every image and link loads.

  • Shares only on your go

Hands you the link to review and posts to the channel you choose only when you tell it to.

  • Adds new report types

Ask for a new kind of report, like a launch spotlight, and it designs a template on your house look and adds it to your library.

How the Reporting Agent differs from a dashboard

A dashboard shows the numbers and leaves the story to you. The Reporting Agent writes it: it gathers the period's activity from your connected sources, drafts the narrative in your voice, renders an on-brand web page and checks that every image and link works. Unfinished work is reported as groundwork, never as done, and nothing is posted until you approve the link.

How this differs from the CFO Agent: the CFO Agent does the finance work and the numbers behind it, while the Reporting Agent turns your activity into on-brand reports.

From your request to a finished result

It runs inside your Ai1 system and works in the tools you already use. You ask, it works, it reports, and it stops for your OK where it matters.

How the Reporting Agent works: you ask through the Comms Hub and Ai1 runs the steps: gather, draft, render, self-check and share on your go. You approve at: share on your go. It returns a progress reports.

What it won't do

Example: monthly client performance report

Example with a fictional company. Names, people and figures are invented to show the agent's output. Any resemblance to a real company or person is unintended.

What it was asked: Turn August's ad, website, call and booking data into the monthly report we send Yarrowdene: a plain summary, the KPI table against target, what changed and why, and next month's plan.

Example report
Report header and three-paragraph summary for a fictional dental practice, with four number tiles (142 new patients, $43.66 ad spend per new patient, $6,200 ad spend, 23% of calls not answered) and three callouts: working, watch, fix first.
Summary: 142 new patients, 12 above target
Scorecard table comparing August with July and the target for ten measures, including bookings, cost per booking by channel, unpaid search visits, calls not answered and reviews, each marked met, just under or missed.
KPI table against agreed targets
Grouped bar chart of new patients by source, August against July, beside four short notes explaining each change: more budget on emergency searches, a new emergency care page, Saturday hours on the maps listing, and worn-out social media ads.
What changed and why
Action plan table for September with owner, due date and success measure for five actions, followed by two decisions needed from the practice owner and one open question about untraceable bookings.
Next month's plan

What it found: 3 findings, with the numbers

  • New-patient bookings reached 142 in August, up 20% on July and 12 above target, mostly because extra budget went to emergency and same-day dentist searches, which booked at 4.8%.
  • Social media ads wore out: the same two ads had run since June, people saw them 4.1 times each, and the cost per booking rose from $83 to $95.
  • The biggest leak was the phone: 41 of 178 calls from the maps listing went unanswered, 29 of them on Saturday mornings at one clinic, costing roughly five new patients a month.

All figures are invented but built the way the agent builds a real client report: bookings by source from the practice's booking system and call tracking, spend and clicks from the ad accounts, then every total, rate and change cross-checked so the numbers add up across sections. Nothing was pulled from live accounts, and value per patient was deliberately not estimated. Run date: .

It asks before it acts

Every Ai1 agent works under human approval. Here is how the Reporting Agent keeps you in control.

  • It never sends automatically. Reports go out only after you approve them.
  • Unfinished work is reported as groundwork, never as done.
  • It reports on the work and does not do it. The people and agents who did the work still own it.
  • When something is unclear, it asks you one plain question instead of guessing.

Frequently asked questions about the Reporting Agent

What is an AI report generator?

An AI report generator turns activity data into a written report automatically. The Reporting Agent in Ai1 by MyZone AI gathers a week or month of activity from your connected sources, writes the story in your voice, renders an on-brand web page and checks its own work.

It always shares the link for your review first, and only posts to a channel when you tell it to. It never sends automatically.

What should a weekly progress report include?

What shipped, what is in progress and what is next. The Reporting Agent keeps the status of each item honest: work that is only partly done is reported as groundwork, not as finished, so your updates stay trustworthy. Each report is an on-brand page your team can open from one link.

How does the Reporting Agent get our voice and report formats right?

It writes in the voice you choose and follows your house look every time. If you have not set a voice yet, it uses a neutral, on-brand tone for your organisation.

For a new format, describe the kind of report you want and it designs a new template on your house look and adds it to your library.

Does the Reporting Agent do the work, or cover SEO and ads reports?

No. It summarises and presents the work; the people and agents who did the work still own it.

SEO and paid ads have dedicated specialists: the SEO Agent for search and the Media Buyer for paid campaigns. The Reporting Agent covers progress updates, digests and spotlights.
