Practice quiz: check the training stuck

Writes questions from your own material, explains every option and asks each person how sure they are.

The practice quiz is a skill in Ai1, the AI agent platform by MyZone AI. The Professor (AI Coach) runs it after training: it writes and scores practice questions grounded in your source material, checks its own questions, explains why each wrong option is wrong and asks how sure each person is, so people who are sure but wrong get the refresher first.

  • Part of Ai1
  • Grounded in your material
  • Know what actually stuck

Real questions show each person's level, not a self-rating.

  • Refreshers where they count

People who are sure but wrong are spotted first.

  • Learning from every answer

Each option has an explanation, so a wrong answer still teaches.

Why quiz after training

Most of a one-off training session fades within weeks, and a show of hands does not tell you who is unsure. Short quizzes over the following days show what stuck. Asking how sure each person is matters most: someone confidently wrong is a bigger risk than someone who knows they are guessing.

How this differs from the Professor (AI Coach) as a whole: the agent coaches people and builds decks and guides; this skill is the quiz it uses to check and reinforce the learning.

From your material to a quiz that teaches

Four steps. Material going out to others is approved by a person first.

How the Professor (AI Coach) works: you ask through the Comms Hub and Ai1 runs the steps: who and what, find the starting point, teach or build, approve and reinforce. You approve at: approve. It returns a learning guides.

Example: AI replies at a hotel front desk

Example with a fictional business. Names and figures are invented to show the kind of output you get.

What it was asked: Build a short module that helps our front-desk team write better guest replies with the approved AI assistant, keeps guest data out of it, and fits our 20-minute pre-shift huddles.

Frequently asked questions about the practice quiz

Where do the questions come from?

From the training material you give it. Questions are grounded in that source and checked before use, and it does not make up facts.

Why ask how sure people are?

Because a confident wrong answer is the biggest risk. The rating lets the refresher go first to people who are sure but wrong.

Does the quiz go straight to my team?

No. Training material going out to others is reviewed and approved by a person first.
